What we expect:

  • A minimum of 4 training sessions per week
  • Precise adherence to training and nutrition guidelines
  • Weekly check-ins with complete data
  • Open communication and personal accountability

You do not need to be perfect. But you do need to be consistent.

Results are not created by spikes of motivation, but by repeated execution. We provide the structure, analysis, and adjustments. You provide the execution.

If you are currently unable to prioritize training, nutrition, and recovery, this is likely not the right time to start.
