Every client begins with an in-depth intake, analyzing training history, current performance, body composition, injury background, recovery capacity, daily activity levels, and nutritional habits. This forms the strategic foundation of the entire process.
Throughout the 16 weeks, we work with measurable parameters such as:
- Training volume (sets per muscle group)
- Intensity and progressive overload
- RPE and performance output
- Body weight and trend analysis
- Visual physique assessment
- Recovery and stress indicators
Based on this data, adjustments are made weekly. No decisions driven by emotion — only by measurable progress.
- If strength progression stalls, we analyze volume and intensity.
- If body weight increases or decreases too rapidly, we optimize the nutritional strategy.
- If recovery is compromised, we adjust training load accordingly.
