TRANSFORMATION – ROBIN DE MEYER
When Robin began, he weighed 69 kg at a height of 1.82 m. For years, he had a naturally lean build — narrow shoulders, limited muscle mass — and despite consistent training, real physical development remained absent. Not due to a lack of effort, but a lack of structure.
The breakthrough came through strategic planning. Progressive strength training combined with a controlled lean bulk, where calorie intake and protein were systematically increased. No dirty bulking. No rushed decisions. Every phase served a specific purpose. Quality over quantity.
After more than five years of consistent execution, this resulted in a 95 kg physique, maintained at a relatively lean condition — a total of +26 kg of bodyweight built through structured muscle development.
Wider shoulders. More mass. Greater strength. From “the skinny kid” to a competitive bodybuilder preparing for his first competition.
This is not a rapid transformation. This is what happens when training, nutrition, and discipline are strategically directed for years.
These same principles now form the foundation of the Peak Physique Method.
